copycat
i'm plagiarizing.
it's past 1 now but i am browsing through net sites for some helpful articles for my sister's English project that's due tomorrow.
she's tasked to do a book report on.. take this.. PLATO'S SYMPOSIUM!
what the fudge. imagine that - a junior high schooler expected to fathom an ancient discourse on Love.
and darling, that's with a capital L.
one thing though, i could not remember now if we ever had Plato's Symposium in any of my philosopy classes way back in college.
but what I could recall are the fundamental discussions about Ancient Grecian texts.
Plato, Socrates, and Co.
as there isn't enough time now to really absorb the material and create an original report out of it,
i just resorted to the ever-reliable internet.
a copy there, and a paste here.
a couple of paraphrasing and deletions, plus random injections of personal thoughts.
voila, a masterpiece.
bad me.
but it's for my sister.
and hell, even some 20-year olds would never understand the Symposium.
